Great location - Few minutes from Fairlight beach, nearby local shops (grocer, cellar, pharmacy, cafes, etc), express bus to the city (170X) around the corner, and 12 minute walk to the ferry.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment with no shared walls and a beautiful harbour view. I currently use one of the bedrooms as an office which can be shared. There is also a covered parking space and a garage which I have used for small projects (sanding/ refinishing some furniture). The apartment is partially furnished - No furniture included in the bedroom and no couch/lounge. Fully stocked kitchen, dining area, washing machine.

Looking for somoene to take over part of the lease (until the end of June), with potential to resign.

About the occupants
I'm 32 and currently work full-time as an environmental scientist. I sometimes travel for work (usually every 2-3 months and for 3-5 days at a time), but I do try to work from home at least 1 day a week.
I am originally from Canada but have been living overseas for 10 years, first in the UK and then around the northern beaches for the last 6 years. I have lived with flatmates/partners over the years, so I am accustomed to keeping a clean and tidy home, sharing living spaces and respecting boundaries.
I try to keep pretty active between yoga, swimming, and running (although I am currently battling an achilles injury :( ). I also love the outdoors and grew up hiking/trekking but haven't done much of this in Australia yet.
I am a fan of craft beers and wine and would love a housemate who would be keen to share a bottle of wine and a meal every now and again.

I'm looking for someone friendly and clean who is keen to socialise and make the apartment a warm and comfortable space we can share.
Description of pets
Mango is a 4 year old calico cat. Shes quite shy at first, but is very sweet natured and enjoys a couch cuddle once shes comfortable. She sleeps in my bedroom at night and enjoys sitting out on the balcony during the day. She can be a little chatty around dinner, but otherwise is a very low maintenance housemate.
