Bit of a unique situation - My partner is going overseas to the US, and I intend to follow in a few months time. I am looking for a housemate to move into the spare room until I leave (at this stage, around November). After that I will be looking for tenants for the whole apartment. So there may be the opportunity to take over the lease of the whole apartment when I leave in November. Ideally, I would like to lease the whole apartment furnished.

About occupants
We are a pretty relaxed and social couple. We enjoy socialising with friends, as well as relaxed evenings at home, and through the week often cook dinner with the occasional glass (or two) of wine after work. We are looking for someone who will become a friend as well as a housemate. Depending on timings, Fede may have already moved to the US, so there is a good chance you will only be sharing with Adam.

Compatible people
We would love someone who is easy to get along with, clean and respectful. The ideal person would be looking to take over the rental of the whole apartment later on in the year, but it is not a deal breaker if someone is just looking for a short term arrangement.
