Hi everyone,

I am excited to welcome you to our beautiful house for a month. I am going for a holiday for a month between 8th June and 9th July thus planning to sublet the room. Technically its a room but my flatmate is living with his partner so basically you will have whole place to yourself.

House: 2 rooms, 1 common room, 1 bathroom, 1 laundrette, 1 balcony

Dates:
- From 08/06/25 to 09/07/25

Location:
- 📍 Enmore, a super cool neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars around.
- 🚉 10 minute walk to Stanmore station and Newtown train stations.
- 🚍 5 minute walk to bus stop.
