Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in Elizabeth Bay. Large balcony with sweeping views over Rushcutters Bay, parks and marina.

We have access to a gym, pool, spa, sauna and a friendly concierge service as well as lots of great cafes and celebrated restaurants on our doorstep.

Looking for an independent and tidy person who enjoys maintaining a clean and peaceful home. Respectful of your space and privacy, but always up to share a meal and a chat. Not a party house, but having friends around on occasions is quite welcome.
