Hello all,
My name is Patrick and I’m looking to rent a large room in the hills of Earlwood from approximately 30th of January .Rent would be $290per week plus bills (Electricity, Gas, Internet. Usually works out around $35 per week).
Security deposit $1160

The room is a good size at 3.6x 3.3m with Sunny Northerly aspect and can be supplied furnished or not.

The house is 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms and is elevated with northerly aspect. Features timber floors, separate dining and lounge, original gas kitchen and internal laundry. Not to mention the huge front and back yard featuring shady Japanese maple tree.

You would be sharing the house with Jade who works at the local bowling club and her beautiful Dog Peanut.

Earlwood shopping centre is a 10min walk and for public transport the 412 bus is a two minute walk away and passes Dulwich hill and Petersham stations. 423 bus is 10 min walk and 491 bus is 3min and passes Bardwell Park Station.

Bonus points if you have experience mowing lawns.
