Description of the home
What the complex is like: the apartment itself is away from the road, with an outdoor swimming pool, and multiple park benches inside the complex. It's secure and has a quiet and relaxed resort-like feel. It is also a 2 minute walk from Arlington light rail, and the GreenWay.
What you get: a quiet 3x3 bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan, exclusive use of the main bathroom with a bathtub (as I have my own ensuite), a secure 3x5 lock-up car spot, and a large dual living area with a generously sized balcony overlooking a park.
You'll also have more than enough room in the dual living space to make it your own. I’ve got a TV unit and coffee table on order, but no pantry cupboards, couch, dining table, or chairs. I’m also happy to replace the outdoor table—we can chat about that and make decisions together, if you like (I'm conscious of it needing to feel like your home too).
There’s loads of space in the kitchen cupboards for your bits, and the linen cupboard has room for your bedding and towels. You could also set up a work-from-home station opposite the kitchen.
I can be a little flexible with move-in dates.

Lately I've been enjoying bike rides around the city to find the best sando, and reading a lot.
I'm also not interested in having a party household, and hoping more for a calm haven post-work, with lights-off/quiet time happening around 10pm. In saying that, I will have the occasional friend stay over and visitors for catch ups/dinner - especially since this is a recent move for me - and you're invited to do the same.
A non-smoker is also ideal.
