Hello,
I'm Hannah.
I'll be away throughout June and July, possibly extending into August or September. Consequently, I'm looking to sublet my two-bedroom apartment for at least June and July.

The large room will be available as early as May 5th and can remain vacant for the right couple until the end of August or the beginning of September. This could be ideal for a couple needing a home for at least two months, potentially longer.

I'm willing to leave the smaller room (my bedroom) unoccupied while I'm away if you don't require the extra bedroom or prefer to keep it private for most or all of your stay. I'll be in the apartment until the 29th if you arrive in May. This is available for $750 weekly, including bills, with a minimum two-month stay.

Alternatively, if you're two couples or three people seeking a fully furnished apartment for a few months, arriving at or around the end of May, this would be an ideal situation for $1,300 per week, including bills and internet. Minimum two-month stay.

About the apartment: Imagine stunning ocean views from the sunroom and balcony, especially during whale season - a sight to see.

I've created a cozy atmosphere with many indoor plants, giving it a relaxed forest vibe. Light-coloured floorboards and soft carpets in the bedrooms add to the charm.

The lounge feels spacious, flowing into a sunroom with a dining table and a window seat overlooking the ocean - perfect for work or relaxation.

The kitchen, though compact, has everything you need, including a breakfast bench, Vitamix, and a slow cooker - a bonus for cooking enthusiasts.

I'm diligent about keeping the place clean and happy to arrange for a cleaner during your stay.
