Modern furnished 2br apt in Darlinghurst, North East facing so lots of natural sunlight, considering a flatmate for spare bedroom, medium size, with a Dbl Ikea Friehten sofa bed - had a good experience with Working Holiday Visa visitors from Europe so shorter term stays like a few weeks to month(s) work well if thats you, but open to longer if we get along.
Fully furnished so all youd need is just you and your clothes, Not really a party house, more a comfortable place to stay at whilst u find your Sydney vibe. Good spot for a friendly, quiet, chill, respectful flatmate, in an overall relaxed environment. Part time / few days a week works, or short term like a few weeks to 3 months is ok too

Im a pretty straightforward guy and try to be friendly, honest, kind and respectful. Pretty busy during week, in and out a lot with hockey, gym, seeing friends and ofc the dreaded work. Like meeting new people!
Hope to find a relaxed housemate I get along with, chats at end of day or weekends, but also have and respect our own space. I dont cook at all so you're welcome to use the kitchen whenever. Neat guys are obviously great but I dont keep or expect the place to be like to be like a museum. I try to be relaxed, approachable and friendly :o)
