This spacious apartment is in a great location in Darling Point and only a short walk to Edgecliff Train Station (10mins) or the Double Bay Ferry (8mins).
The sunny apartment overlooks both Rushcutters Bay and Double Bay and gets some pretty epic sunsets and views of storms that roll in.
The room available is 3mx3m and has a built in wardrobe and overlooks the city skyline. You will also have the main bathroom to yourself (which has lots of storage). Plenty of unlimited street parking available too.
My current housemate is moving to North Sydney to be closer to work, so there may be options to purchase some of her existing furniture. Also flexible furnishing if you prefer to bring your own along.
