Great location a treelined street, a bus stop outside, plenty of untimed/unmetered parking, Cooks river and so may parks down the road. If you love outdoor spaces there are sooooooooo many. The apartment is fully renovated and is a short walk from the local shopping strip! Its also only a 20 minute drive to the CBD , 30 minutes to the beaches that I attend frequently, 10 minutes to the bay run, 10 minutes to Westfield Burwood.
