The unit is located on the 5th floor, facing north over Gerard Street, offering a beautiful long view across Brightmore Reserve to Northbridge Oval. The unit is spacious and cozy, with sunlight reaching all rooms during the winter, while it stays sheltered above the building in the summer. The bedroom (refer to the #1 floor plan) is furnished as shown in the pictures. There are multiple pictures showing two different setups. Feel free to bring your own bed or other furniture.
