A bright and sunny top floor apartment with a great north/east facing view of Coogee including water views. It is a quiet apartment block located only a 5 min walk to Coogee beach. Bathroom is shared between 2 of us. There is a large balcony and our own locked laundry room which is located at bottom of building with a washing machine provided. Bedroom is a medium size room, has no inbuilt wardrobe but big enough for a clothes rack cupboard and/or drawers, desk and queen bed.
Garage can provide extra storage if required.
