***SHORT TERM LET DATES 24th MAY TO 26th JUNE while I’m on holiday (can be flexible on dates within that range)

Right on the border of Coogee, Randwick and Clovelly.
Sunny large beautifully refurbished apartment. West facing so it is bathed in afternoon sun. New carpet, blinds, paint, etc. lock up garage available for additional storage. The apartment has lots of plants (more than what are in the photos), which gives the house a very homely feel.
Internal private laundry, large kitchen, aircon.
We're a short walk to Coogee beach, Clovelly beach and Gordons Bay.
Express busses to the city, Surry hills and Bondi junction.

The apartment building has a green shared outside area with chickens (you never hear them but sometime you can get fresh eggs), clothes line, vege gardens and a grassy area to do some exercise.

I have a very well behaved dog who loves a cuddle, which my flatmate will be looking after while I'm away.
