Located in a quiet, friendly street just a 10 minute stroll to Coogee Beach and Gordons Bay, with cafes, restaurants and coastal walks at your doorstep. Our home has a spacious near-new kitchen, a outdoor entertaining area and a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. You'll be sharing the home with a friendly 8 year old Golden Retriever who loves snacks and making friends, along with myself (Teal) & my bestfriend Mitch. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, seperate dining/ living areas and we have a great bbq ready for those gorgous sunny days to come hanging out in the garden space.

Bills and expenses

Bills are split 3-ways. We currently pay an additional $15 per week each which covers electricity and gas bills but open to discuss best options for all. We have wifi internet available, which is $35 per month.

I'm 33 and I’m an early riser, partly by choice and partly thanks to my golden retriever's morning wake up calls. I love starting the day at the gym, a coastal walk or ocean swim followed by a coffee. I'm happiest outdoors and make the most of living near the beach as much as I can. Shevi is my cheeky 8-year-old golden retriever and self appointed main character of the house. He's incredibly friendly and will become your best mate within 30 seconds. I work full-time, 2-3 days a week I work from home. I'm easy going, always up for a chat, a training sesh or a little bev together on weekends but equally happy doing my own thing, enjoying early nights in and respecting everyone's space.

Hey I'm Mitch. I'm 35 and work in construction in Sydney's west. I'm an outgoing, easy-going person who loves a good balance. During the week I'm generally pretty quiet after work, but come the weekend I'm definitely more social and love getting out, catching up with friends and making the most of my weekends. I'm also very clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I like having a home that feels comfortable and tidy without being overly serious about it.

Description of pets
Shevi (or hairy legs as we often call him) is 8, almost 9 year old Golden. He's gentle and affectionate, always up for a walk, a cuddle, or making new best friends and will happily follow you around the house if he thinks there's a chance of attention (or food!).
