Hi there,
bedroom available from in a lovely, cozy apartment right in Coogee. The space gets excellent natural sunlight throughout the day and offers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.
The location is ideal, just a 5 min walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, with a bus stop only 2 minutes away. There’s also easy access to Randwick Light Rail, UNSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Fox Studios, and the CBD (around a 30-minute bus ride).
The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and chair. I’m also happy to make small improvements if needed.
Kitchen fully equipped.

I occasionally go out with friends to bars, pubs, or restaurants, but I really value a calm and peaceful home environment. My job often involves working outdoors and overtime, so I’m usually out during the weekdays. On weekends, I enjoy being outdoors and trying new experiences.
