1 Huge private room, of a freshly renovated two bedroom unit. Situated on Coogee oval, 100m from the beach. Shared bathroom and two carapaces. (bedroom is unfurnished) 550pw inclusive of bills. Comes with 2 adorable Devon Rex cats.. Bit about me, I’m a Part time tradie, work 2-5 days per week also run an online business. I like to keep fit, so I’m at work or the gym most of the day. I’m super easygoing, former muso, athlete, artist.. Do enjoy my own time but also happy to have a few glasses of wine or a coupla tins! My full blown party days are behind me and don’t really want a kick on house (either do the neighbours). short term or long term from mid July.
