You'll also have sole access to a large garage/studio which is great for any creatives, at home gyms or general storage. (I was previously using as an art studio).

Gutted to be leaving this spot, it's an absolute dream. We're located right on the headland between Gordons Bay (2 min walk) and Coogee (5 min) and only a short bus to the City or Bondi Junction.
The apartment is spacious and full of light with floor to ceiling windows and a wrap around balcony perfect for soaking up some sun. We also have a private laundry and storage space and garage downstairs.
🚗 Surrounding streets have mostly untimed parking and we've never struggled to find a spot with 2 cars. Also an option for off-street parking.
