I'm subletting my room from Sun 21 Dec - Sat 3 Jan. It's a fully-furnished Queen room with wooden floorboards, a high ceiling, loads of light and a leafy outlook (including a tiny ocean view!) I'll store some things away while I'm gone so you'll have some wardrobe and drawer space.
It's a share-house, so you'll be sharing with Rocco and Dylan (described here). They're very nice, laid-back guys.
The cost for the the whole 13 nights is $900, which is inclusive of any bills. I'll give priority to whoever is able to pay for the whole period in advance.

Loads of regular public transport, making it super convenient to get around town including a bus stop for the 370 literally out the front of the building that passes UNSW Randwick, Anzac Pde, King St Newtown, all the way to UniSyd/Glebe.
It’s a back unit with a leafy outlook. Large fully equipped kitchen - great if you like to cook, spacious living room including large smart TV, wooden floorboards throughout.
