Description of the home

Older style house (old everything), shared bathroom with the toilet in the bathroom, so would probably be only suited to having another guy to share this house with (will be sharing with two other guys).

There is a second outside dunny that is very basic, but does the job when all in the house and needing to use the facilities at the same time!

Bloody ripper, huge, back yard for the medium sized house dog Billy, and Summer BBQ's, a hills hoist.

Billy is an inside and outside of the house dog. Very calm, friendly and clean, not a barking dog, sleeps in Dave's room at night so not out the back making any noise!

It would be awesome if our new housemate was a dog lover to help share the walk/run/play with Billy at the nearby parks/walking tracks.

There is a back shed with a TV installed to watch the footy or chillout space so everyone can spread out to have their own privacy to relax.

It's the Australian dream !!

5 min walk around the corner to Major's Bay Road shopping village, with a Coles, bus stops to connect to Burwood and Strathfield, or Cabarita if you need to use the ferry service.

Decent speed internet, basic Smart TV in living room all connected up and ready to go for watching sport/series etc.

Room will be be completely unfurnished with a good, big, built in wardrobe and lots of space in the backyard and shed for any other items you need to bring and store.
