The home is three-storey, spacious, bright and sunny with a view of the surrounding suburbs. It has an open and private backyard with BBQ, a large kitchen with all appliances and a dishwasher.
The shared bathroom (shared only with another roommate) is spacious, featuring a large bathtub/jacuzzi and good shower. It has plenty of cabinet space.
The house is located in a quiet area of Collaroy Plateau, with a beautiful outlook overlooking Narrabeen Lake, the ocean and the neighbourhood.
It is a 2-minute walk to the bus stop for local areas and a 15-minute walk to the city bus (B-line).
It is a 5-minute walk to the local shops, which offer an IGA, restaurants, a Chicken shop, cafes, a hairdresser, a massage therapist and a Pilates studio.

Between running my business, studying, exercising and spending time outdoors, I keep a fairly structured routine and appreciate coming home to a peaceful, tidy environment.
