Clovelly

Description of the home

Our housemate is sadly moving back to New Zealand, so we are looking for someone to fill our fifth bedroom in the beach house (aka the Crab Shack).

Ideally looking for someone to stay medium-long term.

We are right in front of Clovelly beach and Gordon's bay and a short 50 meter walk to Clovelly Hotel. 20 Minute walk to Bronte Beach and Coogee Beach. Bus stop right in front of house (339 to Central and 339X to Martin Place); 360 stop close by to Bondi Junction.

The house itself has two large bathrooms, a living room, a front patio area, kitchen & dining area, back patio, and back yard.

The bedroom is the biggest in the house with ocean views and A/C.

On street parking is available. Common areas are fully furnished. We have a dishwasher, laundry machine, and BBQ. TV with all streaming services imaginable. All bills included in rent including a cleaner service.
Open to additional pets in the house.
