Room is large, would easily fit a Queen bedroom suite and have plenty of room left without being cramped. Built in wardrobe runs the length of 1 wall from floor to ceiling .... therefore, plenty of storage room. Room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, dresser and lamp as well as pillows and bed linen. If you have your own furniture, I can put mine in storage.

Other Housemate is Hyobin from South Korea. Room is available due to other housemate relocating to Cairns to extend Visa.

The ideal Housemate would be friendly, we don't have to be besties, but communication is good. It isn't comfortable coming home to a stranger. Must be honest, respectful and show general common sense. I don't expect you to maintain the home, but I do expect you clean up after yourself. Your friends are welcome, but there's a balance ... it's a home, not a hangout. As I rent the property, I have to follow certain rules, I would expect my housemate and their guests to follow the same rules ... all of which are just plain common sense. I have a pure bred English Staffy, who is friendly and an attention seeker, and always after someone to throw the ball for her. She's also an outside dog, and has her own room.
