The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the block, surrounded by greenery. The lounge room is massive with a open plan kitchen which has lots to space. The rest of the house is fully furnished, and comes with a large balcony/yard. Laundry room comes with a washing machine. And again, lots of space.
The room for rent is 4mx3.7m master bedroom with its own private ensuite and mirrored build-in-wardrobe.
You can find parking in the street and for any shops it's a 5 minutes drive to Kogarah. Otherwise if you are fit and healthy it's a 15 minutes walk. The gyms are around the block that are also handy. Located 7 minutes walk from Carlton Station (24 minutes from CBD), and 5 mins drive to Hurstville (where we head for house dinners sometimes)
