Description of the home

Come and check out from first week of July.
The room for rent is the pic w queen bed, there is no furniture in the room. I've moved a few things around in kitchen.
I'm looking for someone who I will get along with, don't care if you're 18 or 81. Think more alligned w a woman, my 21yr old daughter is here often. Rent includes, electricity, gas and internet. Unless ofc the bills go up crazy mental 🤪
You don't have to be crazy crazy clean, but more aligned w people who know how to pick up after themselves, knows how to keep a clean loo. Jus normal consideration stuff.
We are close to the city. Close to public transport. Happy for you to bring in any furniture and remove mine, if needed. Nice little yard.
My 21yr old daughter is my shadow, she stays over 'a lot', crashes in her own bed in my room. I often crash over at hers too. She's been through a lot w mental health and is slowly finding her path to independence.
I have a cat who is obviously the boss. I have 2 little dogs, that mostly sleep in the laundry, sometimes come into bed w me.. happy if they come inside as along they aren't allowed to run the house.
Outside ciggie smoking only. I don't care if you drink, even if it's every night 🍺🍷. I just prefer people who don't try wipe themselves off the planet every night😵‍💫.
I love cooking. Love art. Love music. Like doing a big clean 👌🏼 ✨️. Love shitty TV shows. Love crime doco series. Like looking after my tiny tiny garden.
Bond is 2 weeks and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. When we go our own ways, just give me notice and the bond will cover your last 2 weeks rent free.
