Three-bedroom apartment in Camperdown, just a stroll away from Broadway, Glebe, Newtown, and the surrounding Universities and local RPA. The apartment is located in a quiet street off Paramatta Road, but you're just minutes away from all the buses that head into the city and Central Station.

The room is furnished, complete with a double bed, study table, bed side table, lamp and rug.
Bathroom will be shared with one other girl.
If you have a car, there's even a private/secure parking spot available - because parking in Sydney can be a real nightmare and shout out to you for a having a car!

The house: You will be living with two girls, me early 30’s and one mid 20's. I work professionally in Marketing and Eliane is a student at USYD. We are very clean, respectful, have our own schedules but want to come home and feel rested :) Sorry not a party place.
Unfortunately, no pets or couples allowed - sorry, furry friends and lovebirds!
Prefer non smokers but if you are an occasional smoker, there is a balcony but strictly no smoking inside the house, sorry.

housemates are easy-going , live active lifestyles and pride ourselves in being very clean. Would like someone who is likeminded. Please note this is not a party house as its a 3 level apartment block and we have very quiet neighbour's
