The downstairs area will be yours, with the exception of the shared foyer and laundry area. The laundry has a toilet that is completely yours. It has one massive carpeted bedroom and another massive tiled lounge room with a kitchenette. Option to move in earlier. We plan to exit the property after Christmas.

Description of the home
Two level home in Bonnet Bay near Sutherland. Option of almost separate living as downstairs has its own kitchenette and toilet. We can organise times each day to not be home to have privacy to use the shower or bath or proper kitchen. Beautiful peaceful area. We do have two friendly (one scared of strangers) dogs outside in fenced area. Two other grassed areas including a clothesline can be separate from dogs. We have a cute toddler upstairs, however he is used to TV noises downstairs at bedtime.

Respectful of noise at night time (TV is fine). Texting to communicate instead of coming upstairs as we don’t have a door upstairs (baby gate). Happy to hangout outdoors/shared area but keep separate areas private.

Bailey: Very pretty but a bit precious. She’s afraid of strangers and will bark at you until she knows you are a friend. Husky/german shepherd.
Yoda: Friendly lanky Jack Russell. Wants to be loved. Has a crush on Bailey but is in the friend zone. Unfortunately barks at dogs that walk past.
