The house has a large open plan kitchen / lounge with yard / garden and table. There is a gas 5 burner hob and range hood with fitted microwave and oven, ideal for those who love to cook. Inbuilt dishwasher.

15 min walk to the beach and 3 mins walk to the junction with shopping facilities (Westfield) and Bondi Junction train station.

It would Ideally suit a single professional. You will be sharing with one other easy going male. My 12 yr old daughter stays a couple of nights a week in the sunroom at front of house.

We have one car parking space available and you can use the neighbours space as they do not have a car. My previous flatmate has used it for a year without any issues. There is alternative parking available around the corner, non metered.

Hi I’m Marc, a musician & an avid music producer who works for a large Music wholesaler. I work full time with one day working from home. I have great neighbours and we have regular BBQs in the yard. I am passionate about music and play in a band (not at home though). A lot of the time you will have the house alone as I’m not always here. My 12 year old daughter stays between her Mums house and mine. It's usually a few nights of the week in the 3rd bedroom by my room. The house is beautiful, we are easy going and happy to share everything. There is a back yard with a deck so if you want to exercise or chill it’s not a problem.
