We’re on the lookout for a new flatmate to join our home in a well-lit, spacious apartment with incredible harbour and ocean views. The private room is available as our flatmate is relocating to Brisbane for work — so we’re searching for someone to ideally move in long-term and make this place their home.

You’ll be sharing with two working professionals (early 30s), friendly, respectful, and clean. We enjoy a chilled atmosphere at home — a good balance of social and quiet time.

• Prime position on Bondi Road, opposite Waverley Oval
• Less than 10-minute walk to Bondi Junction station
• Buses to the city and Bondi/Tama beaches right downstairs
• 20-minute walk to Bondi & Tamarama beach

📅 Available from: 19th July (Can be flexible with move-in date)
💰 Rent: 515/week plus bills
