Hello,
My beautiful room is up for rent in my little tree house, while I go overseas for 10 weeks.
From 11th of July until 20th of September.
The flat is located at the end of Francis street, in a quiet and leafy cul de sac.
It is on the top floor, extremely bright, surrounded by trees, with a beautiful terrace that benefits from sun light all day long.
We are just outside of all the Bondi attractions: an 8 min walk from all the hall st shops and a 15 min from the beach, so perfect location.
My home is well equipped with everything you need, including a high quality projector which will be your best friend during the cozy winter nights.
This is my sanctuary, not a social place, so looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and after a cosy nest.

Elle is super lovely. She is quiet, respectful, loves baking and exploring.
She is 25 years old but very mature. I am 35.
The rooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so you have good privacy.
Then, if you decide to stay long term, you will be living with me.
I am 35 years old, originally from France, but I have been living in Bondi for 11 years, and I am now also Australian ;)
I am super healthy and avtive. Into hyrox, CrossFit, running, surfing, swimming, dancing, and drinking matcha and green smoothie.
Love spending time outdoor, going to the beach, catching up with friends, or driving away with my van to music festivals.
At home I am very low key. I enjoy early diners, watching movies on my projector and going to bed at 9pm 😌
Someone who is after a cosy nest, not a social place.
And someone who ideally doesn’t work from home as I will be.
