Description of the home
Its a beautiful big house, boasting lots of character and IMO, looks like a big tree hosue, nestled in bondi. It has a porch out the front with palm trees rocketing out where we tend to have yarn and a glass of wine in the evenings.
We have a big back garden outside with an outhouse, where we have a washing machine and dryer. We have a bbq/furntitue too!
The house itself is very hearty, with a living room/dining space/kitchen, two TV’s.
Rhea room is all of rhe top floor level with an en suit so we aren’t cramped for space and for the bathroom and space downstairs.
We have lots of storage in cupboards too upstairs where we put suitcases etc.
Your bedroom is downstairs and you share that floor with me! (see plan)it has an an area for your bed, and then shoots through to a long wide space for wardrobe, drawers and dressers etc. space for a desk/is very light but do feel free to wfh in the dining space too (hybrid).
During winter you’ll find us snugged up watching traitors or cooking roasts on a Sunday or having coffee together in the morning and or during the weekend.

During winter you’ll find us snugged up watching traitors or cooking roasts on a Sunday or having coffee together in the morning and or during the weekend.
We consider ourselves very lucky to have such a homely and relaxing place to live - tied into becoming really great friends together but also of each others friends etc. We enjoy the usual things, getting out doors, morning dips, attempting to surf followed by a deserved drink at the end of the week!
Rhea is English and is a primary teacher typically, working out and about Caroline (me) is Scottish who works in the charity sector. (Hybrid). Often caught arrnrpting terrible baking on a Sunday.
Super supportive of each other, when families and friends come to visit as we very much see our self as a wee family and would love to have someone join us to crate happy, warm dynamic in the hosue!

Rhea and I met a year and half ago at a bbq and moved in together. We’ve become great friends of each others. Love a bit of traitors in the evening, cheeky yarn on the porch with a wine in the porch but also, have our own separate lives etc
We’re looking for a working professional and someone who has the desire to make a house a home with us - who’s up for a yarn, a good giggle, movie and dipping and and out of activities from time to time, that kinda thing. We’re both hearty people and enjoy company of friends etc so someone similar would be a good vibe! During summer days often caught at the beach then meetings friends in the evenings. In winter we love to have a roast with friends and lean into the coziness. Feel incredibly lucky to have a hosue that truly feels so homely and excited for some to join us!
