G'day! I’m looking for a housemate in a beautiful two-bedroom, art deco apartment across the road from Bondi Beach! The apartment has beach views from the living / dining room and your bedroom, a shared garden and a large, modern kitchen with a dishwasher. The location is unbeatable, a stone’s throw from the beach, the pavilion, north bondi slsc, Harry’s cafe and more. Being across the road from the beach means you can watch the waves and sunrise from the living room or just stroll down to the sand 😊

I'm looking for a housemate who is nice and friendly, up for the odd hangout and chat but also happy to do their own thing, is considerate of housemates when it comes to minimising noise late at night and especially keeping shared spaces very clean and tidy.
