Home Description
Description of the home
Looking for a flatmate to share a beautifully designed, calm and comfortable home in Bondi. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the sand and a short leafy stroll to the cafes, bars and supermarket.
The apartment has wooden floorboards, high ceilings and a large, open-plan living space with a gas fireplace (amazing in winter). The kitchen is generous, with a big island bench, quality fittings and plenty of space for cooking (gas) and entertaining. There’s also a wraparound balcony with an outdoor lounge and leafy outlook.
Car spot in the driveway can be included for an extra $50 / week.
The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and toilet, plus there’s a separate toilet. Double-glazed windows in the bedrooms keep things peaceful.

I enjoy having good music on in the house and a home that feels lived-in and social, where friends might pop by for a drink before heading out or a casual dinner sometimes. It’s not a party house, but definitely a place with good energy.
I’m in my 40s (young at heart) and most of my close friends are in their late 30s with a similar balanced lifestyle. I appreciate a calm, positive home environment and would also be happy to share a fortnightly cleaner to keep things easy.
Looking for someone kind, easygoing and emotionally mature who enjoys a relaxed home vibe.
Someone active, social and independent, who enjoys their own life but also doesn’t mind a chat or shared meal here and there. Friends are welcome for dinner or the occasional gathering, while still keeping the home calm and comfortable.
If you appreciate a warm, well-cared-for space with good energy, we’ll get on well.
