Classic Bondi walk-up apartment on top floor. Lots of morning light - ventilated well in the summer due to the verandah doors and big windows but lovely and warm in the winter because of the morning light and top floor location. Very relaxed landlords. Roomy kitchen, laundry room in apartment.
Walking distance to Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach, Bondi Road shops, Bondi Village shops. Permit parking available if needed.

About occupants
You'll be living with me, a 30 yo outgoing and friendly Kiwi girl. I've been in Sydney for the last three years and love living in Bondi. My life is a fairly typical balance of socialising in the weekends, my 9-5 and also my running (think that's more of an addiction than a hobby at this point!). My default is to include my flatmate where they wish, whether that's a shared dinner, a Saturday morning walk or a Friday wine. I'm by no means a clean freak - life happens - but I do appreciate having my space tidy and and organised, especially as I wfh one-to-two days a week. I'm not looking for a built-in friend but I'd definitely prefer to live with someone who will have a bit of a yap.
