The spare room is en-suite with a shower over the bath (washer/dryer is located here also). The room can be accessed through the back garden or through the kitchen/living room area. There is a separate sunroom past the bedroom leading to the garden that can be used as a home office and is a separate tv snug, and a private garden with sofa, bbq and washing line.

READ CAREFULLY - SHORT - MEDIUM TERM ONLY - FULLY FURNISHED INC TOWELS & SHEETS. I’m open to stays from 2 weeks up to 6 months.

Situated right in the heart of Bondi Beach 2 minutes walk to all the shops, supermarket, post office, public transport, restaurants and bars. The flat is calm and quiet, on a residential street with friendly neighbours. Street parking. You would be sharing with me, my very friendly Spoodle, and 2 cats who generally keep themselves to themselves in my room, outside, or playing with the dog.

Bills and expenses

Rent doesn’t include bills (electricity is usually around $65, internet is $44 a month each), Except if we get a big electricity bill in the winter months (June - August). I get a cleaner once a month that we would also split that.

Vinnie is a 4 year old spoodle, very friendly and cuddly. He has 2 cat friends (Trout and Mira) who are 3 years old, they LOVE each other it's very cute. They play together a fair bit, but otherwise the cats keep themselves to themselves. They're mostly sleeping when at home tbh
