Large room for rent in a fully furnished 2 bedroom top floor apartment. Less than 3 mins walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants, bars and bus stops all within easy walking distance.

The apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom/laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a large balcony with views of the neighborhood.
There is a desk in the bedroom, and another desk in the living room that can be used for study/working from home.
Rent is $680 per week for a couple sharing the room ($490 for one person), including bills (electricity, unlimited wi-fi all included). The room is available from the 8th of August, and I am looking for a minimum stay of 2 months.
The room is available until the 19th of December 2025.
