Bedroom 3 is at the opposite end of the house to the other two bedrooms. It is carpeted with a three-door built in robe and a solid + screen door to the outdoor area leading up to the back lawn. The room fits a queen size bed, desk and bedside tables comfortably. This room is available from the start of June.

Located in arguably one of the best streets in Bondi, you could be residing just 50m from the beach, opposite Icebergs.

Bus stop right around the corner, heading to Bondi Junction on the 333 or 380 or further north to Watsons Bay on the 380.

Ezymart located within 200m, Harris Farm 500m walk and Woolworths Metro Bondi Beach 600m or on Bondi Rd 1km.

The apartment is large enough to have a BBQ out the front and have someone cooking in the kitchen. With extra storage and the laundry with a washing machine and dryer outside, the space is a privilege so close to the beach!

A clean and tidy home, particularly in the shared spaces. This three bedroom place is spacious and we never feel on top of each other.

About the occupants
Dylan, I'm 29, a data engineer and live in the front room of the house with my partner Phoebe. I work within a hybrid model and enjoy working from home two days of the week.

Phoebe, I'm 30, a primary teacher and as Dyl mentioned, we live in the front room of the house. I work just 10 minutes from home and thoroughly enjoy an early afternoon at home to catch the last few rays or waves at the beach. During the school holidays, I will sometimes be around home, but often spend that time traveling or in the country.

Sam, I'm 30 and work in sales. Super social and a member of the Bondi Surf Club. I tend to often spend the week closer to the city but enjoy spending the weekends in Bondi. Always keen for a post-work beer on the balcony!

We all value our health and lifestyle and are members of many clubs around Bondi, the surf club, Penguins and BRATS to name a few. We live by the motto of early to bed, early to rise so are looking for a housemate with a similar routine. On the weekend, we all enjoy a beer on the balcony and have a house BBQ every now and again. We each cook for ourselves and the fridge is plenty large enough for this, including a smaller (drinks) fridge out the back. On weekends, we enjoy sharing a meal with with friends. We are happy for your friends to come over as well.
