Description of the home

A private furnished room in a two bedroom apartment is available an 8 minutes walk to the beach on Francis Street. A quick walk to Bondi road with frequent buses to the junction or a 25 minutes walk to Bondi junction when walking through shortcuts/ Penkinvile street. There's also a quick short cut to Hall street if looking for more options for shops aside from the ones just on Bondi road or Campbell Prade. It’s a spacious apartment with extra closet space in the hall for linen and suitcases. A courtyard/garden right outside our back door. The room itself is spacious with a built in closet.

Home has all the basics, such as a coffee machine, air fryer, google home, Nutri Bullet and soda stream. A backdoor goes straight onto our courtyard, which is shared with just the unit upstairs for barbequing.

I don’t have parking, but there’s street parking in the neighbourhood

You’ll be living with a 30-year-old female. I work Monday to Friday and have a pretty busy weekday due to also studying for my master and participating in sports. I enjoy spending my weekend catching up with friends and being active outdoors. I love to chat and catch up at home, but I am also very busy with sports or studying after work so I can be respectful of space and out a lot.
