🗓️ Available from 25th April for 1-3 months (flex).
📍It’s a perfectly well located, breezy, sun-filled apartment only 5-min walk to the beach and 333 bus stop.
🛌 The bedroom is spacious with a comfy queen bed, side tables, and open closet.
🚗 Comes with a parking spot if needed.
🙋🏽♀️ I’m a 39 yr old professional, currently WFH. I like to keep active with surfing, yoga, pilates, strength training, catching up with friends. I value open communication, kindness, and I like to keep a calm home to unwind.
👤I’m looking to share my home with someone that’s clean, considerate, full-time working professional with their own routine and lifestyle going. Who appreciates a calm and tidy home :)
It’s ok if you wfh a couple of days as long as it’s from your bedroom.
🏠 $550/week, plus bills (around $45/week per person)
bond depends on length of stay.
