The flat has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The room you’ll be renting has a bathroom shared with one other person. The kitchen and living rooms are spacious - see incredible photos. The building itself is art deco with a rustic feel. The flat is 10 mins walk from Bondi beach and 10 mins walk to the train station at Bondi Junction.

We are after someone who can stay either one month or long-term, is late 20s early 30s and an all round good egg. Sadly no couples or pets.

There is a bond (1 month rent payable when you agree to move in.) Bills are about $35pm each.
