We are looking for a flatmate to join our wonderful home, from 26 May for a year or more.
We're super fortunate to live in a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, freshly renovated house with a huge backyard and lockup garage. The house is STUNNING and the only reason our flatmate is moving out is to live with his girlfriend.
The house is just off Bondi Road, a few minutes walk to all the buses and the local Woolies and a short 10 minute walk to the beach.
The whole house has ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning, brand new appliances (dishwasher, oven, etc) and is beautifully furnished. There are balconies over looking the street on both levels and there are dozens of plants throughout the whole house.
Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms and a huge bathroom with 2 shower heads, an oversized bathtub, and a large vanity. Downstairs there is a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.
The year long let room is upstairs at the front of the house, with a large window which gets plenty of light. It has a large built in wardrobe and a lovely fireplace.
The short term let room is the only one on the ground floor. Its fully furnished and holds plenty of storage space and a desk. Your bathroom is just 5 steps past the kitchen, with you being the sole user majority of the time.
We have a huge, 3-level backyard that is maintained by the real estate at no cost to us. We also have an oversized, 1 car lockup garage which we use as a home office, surf shack and storage for camping gear, etc.

John is originally from Sydney, and you'll find him at the volleyball courts on the weekends, out enjoying the beach. John also runs his own IT startup company and works from home or his office. John is an amazing cook, and will often cook for the house. His bolognese is particularly amazing! He also has the best choice of music for every occasion and is the green thumb that maintains all the plants in the house.
Pip, a Brit, landed here last July, and fell in love with Bondi and Sydney life straight away. She's a doctor but she makes the most of every morning with a sunrise walk, run or dip. She also loves to cook and is always up for a glass of wine.
We're a social household, but we still respect our space and privacy when they are wanted.
We love dinner parties and want good food and friends at the table at all times!
Tidy and clean and not just checkbox items, but really important as our house is beautiful and we really respect our space at home and each other by keeping things feeling beautiful. What you see in the photos is not 'cleaned-up', but how things normally look.
