Hello 👋

I have two furnished rooms available with queen bed and mattress, desk, built in cupboards and shared bathroom, available from 5 June and 20 June. If you have your own furniture it can also come unfurnished. Bills and cleaner are approx $100 per month and there is a parking spot available undercover for $50 per week. The room is available for 6 months with the option to extend if it’s working for everyone :)

The flat is a 3 bed on the top floor, very spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living, large sunny balcony with ocean views, and smaller side balcony. Located on Penkivil Street 1 min to bus stop, 3 mins to Bondi road shops, 15-20 mins walk to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction.

You’d be sharing with me Claire, a young professional in her mid 30s, loves swimming, hiking, live music and enjoying Sydney’s cultural scene. I own the flat so no dealing with agents!

We work a mix of office and WFH. We’re very good friends and we’re looking for a new housemate who will bring good vibes, must be independent but friendly and open to catching up at the end of the day and sharing occasional meals. No couples or pets sorry.
