I am looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in a cozy 2 bdrm apartment. You’ll be sharing a cozy 2-bedroom apartment with myself—and trust me, it’s a great setup!

The place is in an awesome spot—just a 15-minute stroll to both Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction. It’s on a super quiet street but still close to public transport and shops, so you get the best of both worlds. 😎
Rent is $350/week or $500 for couple (Bills & wifi not included). Just a heads-up: if we need to crank the heater during winter and the power bill spikes, we’ll split the extra.
I’m ideally looking for someone with a busy lifestyle—someone who doesn’t work from home every day or have super late-night shifts too often. Just generally mindful about shared spaces and keeping things tidy. The apartment is super chill! 🎉
