The Room

Medium/large bedroom with wooden floors and views over the beach. The room fits a queen bed comfortably and comes with built in wardrobes. Own bathroom just a hop across the hallway. $550 p/w

The Location
Perfect location and best of both worlds. 15-minute walk to Bondi Beach (4 minute cycle...or lime bike!), 15-minute walk to Bondi Junction. Bus stop at the end of the road.

The Flat
The flat is a beautiful modern beach style apartment with ocean and city views. Airy and light with large open plan living and kitchen which has wooden floors throughout. Spacious living room and kitchen. Always room for more plants.

The Views
2 balconies with amazing views, one with sea views and one with city views so we get the sunset and sunrise. We often see whales breaching from the balcony in winter (could you ask for anything more?!)

Washer, dryer, garage (we currently only use the garage for storage but could definitely fit a car)

We’re Emma (UK) and Lauren (US) 👋🏻 - we’ve lived together for a couple of years now and have become pretty good friends. We’re active, always up for new activities and spend our time enjoying everything that Sydney has to offer. We have quite a few shared friends but also have our own seperate interests etc which is a nice balance. You can find us either down at the beach, out for a run/cycle or catching up with friends. The flat itself is pretty chill - we like having friends over for dinner sometimes but we like keeping the place homely so its not a party house (we usually have a series on the go that we watch together).

We have a current mix of 2 girls and 1 guy which we like but will go with whatever feels right!

I work fully in the city and Lauren does a mix of in-office/work from home but there's plenty of space to work so that's never really been a problem. The room has plenty of space for a desk if needed.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

Someone who is looking to make this place a home. We’re often out and about but have always made great friends through the flat. We like to have people over for dinner sometimes (and likewise go to theirs) so hoping for someone who is keen to get involved.

We're currently on a 12 month lease which will be up for renewal in November next year.
