The apartment is fully furnished (has sofa, TV, dining table, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer etc). Westpoint mall has got several eateries, shopping stores, gym along with supermarkets like Coles, Woolworths, Aldi etc. Utility bills (water, gas, electricity) are included in rent.
