We live in a beautiful 3 bedroom Californian bungalow (real estate ad description) but seems quite true.
3 bedrooms, lounge room, seperate dining, little breakfast bar overlooking the neighborhood, great for eating or a nice drink if you prefer, as we do. Nice backyard with garage.
5 min walk to everything including train station, (bexley north to city past the airport,or south) woolworths metro, 4 good cafes, 3 great butchers, 3 nice restaurants and a pub.
We live with 2 dogs and there are amazing walking trails very close to our house. The Two Valley Trail is a very nice walk and can take you all the way to Wolli Creek and Marrickville area.
