The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room available is very spacious, it can easily fit a desk and another wardrobe as it has one built in, and is big enough for 2 people sharing the room (2 single beds available for you to use), a couple or for one person.
The bathroom is just across the hall and it is shared with another person. There’s a fan on the roof of the bedroom and a window to have some natural light during the day. There’s a nice terrace with a chill-out area connected to the kitchen and the living room.
4-minute walk to Bondi Junction (Westfield). 12-minute walk to Bondi Beach. Nice little cafes down the road.
Bills are divided by the number of ppl in the house so it’s not much. Electricity comes every 3 months and is usually 100$.
