Subletting my room in Bellevue Hill from May 13th for 2-6 months with potential to stay on longer. The room is newly furnished, flooded with natural light and has ocean views of Bondi Beach. You'll be staying in a penthouse apartment with polished floors and open plan living, with two females in their mid twenties. The apartment has a beautiful, large balcony which overlooks Bondi Beach and is only a short walk to Bondi Junction station and shopping precinct as well as the beach itself. You will have your own carpark on the premises if required as well as a large bathroom with city views shared with one other female.

Excellent apartment building with friendly neighbours, located between two beautiful parks and close to cafes, with a bus stop just across the road.

Optional garage rent as well.
