Description of the home

Hi Everyone,
I’ve got a very large terrace house in Balmain that I rent out rooms to young professionals and students. Youngest in house at present 23. Everyone is in their 20’s to 30’s but have had as young as 18. Great safe place if it’s your first time out of home or if you’ve been in shared accommodation before. Everything has been set up for house to run as smoothly as possible. Included in rent fortnightly cleaner, all bills gas, electricity, water. All basic consumables are supplied so there is no “kitty”. Small cost for high speed internet because it’s been set up by the housemates separately.

Great bunch of people all doing their own thing. Have occasional meals etc together and social gatherings. Definitely NOT a party house because of respect for other housemates and close proximity to neighbour’s. Room has a lovely out look over the roof tops of the neighbourhood to the city. Room is unfurnished. Except for chair and desk that can be removed. Had a student that lived there for 6 years who was doing many degrees at USYD, students from UTS private colleges etc 3 min walk to bustling Darling street. Dawn Fraser pool and harbour 4 min away. 10 min express bus ride to QVB and city. Ferries, beautiful parks. Really a great place to live. Parking sticker available for on street parking.

Bills and expenses

All bills inclusive + fortnightly cleaner. Small fee for high speed internet. No “kitty” all basic household consumables are provided. Toilet paper dish soap etc…
