You’ll have your own room with your own balcony. I have a little Italian greyhound so great if you like dogs.
The house is intimate as the rooms are close together so it is perfect for someone who is sociable and gets on with people. You have plenty of room in the bedroom to set up your own space with tv and/or study desk.
The house is a 4min walk to the main street of Balmain. Heaps of coffee shops, restaurants, and woollies all within walking distance. You will have access to plenty of buses that will take you right into the city.
You have the ferry that can take you across the bridge or to circular quay. A safe area to live in and street parking available as I can provide a parking permit.

I’m an easy-going and respectful of others’ privacy. I am a clean and quite person so looking for someone with similar attributes. It’s a fully furnished home but happy for you to bring anything you need.
I do a bit of travel so you’ll have the place to yourself some of the time. I'm a member of the CYCA yacht club so I go sailing in the weekends with friends - you're welcome to join us!
