Bills and expenses

Bills are not included but could be all inclusive (electricity, gas, internet, water) for $50 extra a week. Also happy to go halves and get a cleaner in every month etc but I’m okay either way. I keep the place very clean with the dogs etc.

Hey I’m Chris early 40’s and living in this rooftop apartment in Balmain with my two Samoyeds girls that I share with my ex two weeks at a time.

I work part time in mental health and have a business side hustle in the automotive industry while studying remotely, so currently working from home most days.

I enjoy making the most of my weekends getting out and about with friends to the footy or local bowling club or pub, or to Newcastle or QLD to see family and friends regularly.

I use the onsite gym a few times each week and meal prep most of my dinners. I enjoy relaxing at home with a drink and some tv or Netflix or catching up with local friends.

I would like to live with someone with similar lifestyle who enjoys the gym and keeping active, socialising on weekends, and enjoys a chat over a meal or drink occasionally, that would be great here.

Description of pets
8 and 10 yo female Samoyeds. They are with me usually for 2 weeks and then with my ex for 2 weeks so they’re here 50% of the time, but that’s flexible. Most days we walk about 5-10km in the morning and afternoon so they love sleeping around the house during the day and evening.

They don’t bark unnecessarily and always say hi when you get home, and they love everyone unconditionally. Beautiful dogs that everyone falls in love with.
